The 7 Chakras:
There are 7 chakras that comprise the energy body (some systems add additional ones).
Muladhara (root)- Survival
Swadhistana (sacral)- Sexuality
Manipura (navel)- Power
Anahata (heart)- Love
Vishuddha (throat)- Communication
Ajna (brow/ 3rd eye)- Intuition
Sahasrara (crown)- Spirit
The foundation of energy work comes down to the 7 centers. When all are opened and energy flows freely, the entire being is in harmony. Off-balance or slow/low energy from any of them can cause problems.
I think that any imbalance in these centers can be the trigger to what most of us would term "self-destructive" habits and beliefs. Meditation and balance of the centers is the foundation of harmony and is the beginning of spirit travel, aka astral travel.
It is these energy centers, and the focus on their discovery and balance, that form the basis of the chaos station. The 8th point of the star is an unknown-- for it is the door by which the energy body may roam the astral plane.

I've started a mentorship. I have been having a hard time figuring out what is driving me to do this except that I often will follow the queues of my spirit as I am drawn toward certain action.
The Chaos Station is a mentorship here on the Rave for those who are interested in learning Astral Travel via deep meditation, visualization, and self-discovery.
Much of what is learned in the Chaos Station becomes a very unique personal experience as you journey at first within to learn of the self, then journey without to experience worlds apart from the one where your physical self resides.
If you are interested, just send me a message. Let's see where this goes. Come to the Chaos Station, for it is a real location that exists within and/ or without. It is located in the astral plane which might be within the mind or on a whole other dimension.
